Should you not be 100% delighted with your Mad About Merino item you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus a $10 shipping & handling fee.
Should you want to exchange your item for a different color or style of equal value we will be happy to comply without a shipping & handling fee.
Returned/Exchange items must be in unworn, clean, undamaged, like-new condition to be accepted for return, and must be free of hair and perfumes. Items must be returned in their original Mad About Merino Bag at owners expense.

Do you provide International delivery?
At this time Mad About Merino only ships within the United States and Canada. Other International locations will soon follow.
